Reenactors
A reenactor portrays an individual from a past point in time to provide the modern public with a glimpse into the past. It is living history where, instead of learning via a book, you have a three-dimensional character before you.
Men and in the End Zone Militia reenact individuals from all walks of life from the 18th Century period. For example, some are blacksmiths while others are farmers. Another might be a surgeon. These people from different class all participated in the formation of the United States of America, and End Zone Militia's presence provides the public with living history and the nation with a representation of New England's past.
In New England, thousands of reenactors participate in events throughout the whole year. For example, annually there is the Boston Massacre in March or the Battle of Lexington in April. Then there are specialized events hosted by the National Park Service or a local historical group. These activities are all around, and you are welcome to join them to watch or to participate.
